Production Timing & Shipping

United States

From the time that we receive your frames at our lab, lens production is about 4-7 business days on average. All lenses go through a meticulous quality inspection before being shipped back to you. If there are any imperfections at all, we may re-process your lenses so they are perfect, which can delay final shipment. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

Standard shipping (2-4 business days) is free in the US and done by USPS Priority. Expedited shipping is $20 and is done by UPS overnight (1 business day).

Canada

Shipping is done by USPS Priority International and costs $35.

Protection Plan

Lenses are covered for scratches made during normal use and any coating defects for the first 3 months from the date you receive your lenses. The lens protection plan extends this coverage from 3 months to 12 months.

Return/Exchange Policy

As the lenses are made custom to you and your prescription, all lenses are final sale and cannot be returned/refunded. While we do not accept returns on the lenses, we do have a satisfaction guarantee on all lenses. If you believe your lenses were made incorrectly, please see our Remake Policy below.

Re-makes

If your lenses were made incorrectly based on the prescription specifications provided to Lensabl, we will happily remake your lenses at no charge. You have 30 days from the day you receive your new lenses to notify us if anything is wrong.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

Our team works hard to process orders quickly so that you don’t have to wait. However, this also means that although we will try our best to accommodate order modifications, we cannot guarantee them. If you would like to change an order, email us at help@lensabl.com with the subject line “Change Order.” We can change an order up until your glasses have arrived at the lab. We can also cancel an order, but only if your glasses have not yet arrived at the lab. Once they arrive at the lab, we can no longer cancel and refund your order. If we have not yet shipped the first box to you, we will cancel your order and refund your purchase. If we have already shipped the first box to you, but the glasses have not yet arrived at the lab and you still want to cancel, we will refund your purchase and deduct a cancellation fee ($10 for orders with standard shipping or $20 for orders with expedited shipping).

Single-vision, polycarbonate clear lenses have no restocking fee. Single-vision 1.67 clear, poly/1.67 night, sun, transitions, blue light blocking and progressive lenses have a 25% restocking fee. Frame must be in brand new/unused condition for return to be approved. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the frame back to Lensabl. To begin a frame return, please contact us and request an RMA # and return address. Once we receive the frame, we will inspect it and if a return is approved, you will be refunded per the terms below

The following glasses types are eligible for returns plus a 25% restocking fee:
Single-vision 1.67 clear, poly/1.67 night, sun, transitions, blue light blocking and progressive lenses have a 25% restocking fee.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange your Everyday Eyewear glasses for a different color in the same style. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the frame back to Lensabl. If you want to exchange for a different frame style, you are responsible for return shipping plus a 25% exchange fee. To begin an exchange, please contact us and request an RMA # and return address.

All contact lens orders can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. All contact lens boxes must be in brand new, unopened condition for the refund to be approved. If you receive any faulty, ripped, or incorrect contacts, please contact our customer service team at support@lensabl.com and we will replace or refund any faulty contacts.

Terms and Conditions

Lensabl+ vision plans are designed to provide members an annual supply of necessary products and services. As such, becoming a Lensabl+ member means you are committing to the annual membership cost and will have access to redeem all of your benefits on Day 1

Cancellation Policy

Once you have purchased a Lensabl+ subscription, you may cancel your subscription only if you have not redeemed any of the benefits associated with your subscription.

Changes To Your Plan

If after you’ve submitted your order for a Lensabl+ subscription you’d like to change either the contacts or lens type you selected, you can do so by contacting support@lensabl.com. But you may only make changes before you’ve redeemed any of your membership benefits

All Lensabl+ plans will be automatically renewed each year unless you cancel your subscription for the following year. You can do so by contacting support@lensabl.com

In the event you opt to pay for your membership with our quarterly payment option (which can only be done via credit/debit card), and your card gets declined on one of the subsequent quarterly payments, we will freeze your membership and you will not be able to redeem any more of your benefits until a new payment is successfully made

All returns/remakes/cancellations for individual benefits (frames, contacts, lenses, online vision test) can be found on their respective tabs within the Lensabl return policy page

For your eye exam benefit, if submitting a receipt from your provider, the receipt must be dated after the date you signed up for your Lensabl+ membership in order to be eligible for the benefit
